Together, we’ll work towards clarity, growth, and a more meaningful life. Thoughtful Living Therapy is an LGBTQ+ safe space and supports all relationship structures.

Perinatal translates to “around birth”, typically encompassing conception through one year postpartum. I am a certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) and help women with mental health concerns through all phases of the perinatal period, including those who are trying to conceive or have experienced loss.

Raising a child is tough. Sometimes it brings up things from our own childhood that we need to work through. Sometimes we need a place to vent or need to figure out new strategies for the parts of parenting that are hard. I can help with these things.
